Odyssia Beach Hotel is right on its private beach area, 2.2 mi from Rethymno Town. Surrounded by a garden, it features an outdoor pool, 2 restaurants and a poolside bar. A mini shop with news stand is provided. Decorated in warm colors, all air-conditioned rooms at Odyssia open to a balcony with Cretan Sea or garden views. Each includes a TV with satellite channels and hairdryer. Guests can enjoy meals at the buffet restaurant or at the a la carte tavern. Enjoying sea views, the poolside bar serves refreshing drinks and cocktails. Greek and special events are organized 3 times per week. A children’s pool and playground are provided for younger visitors. The on-site gym is equipped with a hot tub and sauna at extra charge. Entertainment facilities also include a games room with table tennis and billiards, as well as a mini golf at a surcharge. A beach volley and garden are also featured free of charge. The 24-hour front desk can arrange car rental to visit the historic Monastery of Arkadi, within a 25-minute drive. Private parking is possible on site, at extra charge.

+: Das Hotel ist traumhaft gelegen, direkt am Strand. Die Anlage ist klein und sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht beim Essen war grandios. Wir hatten ein wirklich ausgesprochen schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick und Extraraum für unsere Tochter :) Es war sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und scheut keinen Extraweg. Auch das Personal am Buffet war immer äußerst freundlich... wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen...
-: Es gab uns etwas zu wenig frischen Salat aber das lag wahrscheinlich an der Buffet-Situation unter Corona-Bedingungen...

+: Très bon accueil chaleureux malgré la barrière de la langue. Merci à Nathalie d’avoir parler un peu français avec nous le 2ème jour.Accès à la mer direct avec plage privée est un plus. Assez proche du centre ville.Pas essayer les salles de jeu et sport. Jacuzzi non disponible en ces durs temps, bien dommage. Une autre fois 😊
-: Ne parlant ni anglais ni allemand, il m’était difficile de dialogue malgré que par les gestes on arrive à se faire comprendre et grâce à la traduction Google.Pas de vrai parking. En ayant une voiture de location il fallait que je me gare dans la rue un peu éloigné de l’hôtel ceci en octobre. Donc l’été je sais pas !?

+: Hotel direkt am Meer. Frühstück auf der großen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Direkter Zugang zum Meer. Sandstrand. Sehr gut auf Corona eingestellt. Ein wirkliches Top-Hotel. Absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr schöne Zimmer.
-: Parkplätze deutlich zu wenig. Allerdings kann man in den Gassen kostenlos parken, wenn man einen Parkplatz findet. Kaum ein Angestellter hatte die Maske über der Nase. Das ist aber scheinbar hier auf Kreta so.
