Located just outside the village of Krya Vrysi, Olive Villas is set amid fields of olive and orange trees and offers accommodations with a fully equipped kitchen and balconies overlooking the lush surroundings. Olive Villas are furnished with respect to the local style and feature spacious living and dining areas. Each stone-built villa is equipped with a satellite LCD TV, DVD player, iron and hairdryer. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms, while most villas also feature a fireplace. Guests can relax in the garden of the complex featuring sun beds, while BBQ facilities are also available on site. Within 1.2 mi, guests will find taverns and a mini market where they can buy their daily essentials. The town of Chania is 22 mi away and the beach of Kolymvari is at 6.2 mi. Private parking is provided free of charge.

+: Lage: traumhafte frühstücks Aussicht über die Olivenhaine mit Bergen mit Schneeresten im Hintergrund.Pool: moderner, sehr gepflegter Pool groß genug für z.B. Rückenschwimmen.Gastfreundschaft: Dimitri (als Gastgeber) und George (als Kommunikationspartner) haben uns bei Fragen Wünschen und Problemen (auch ohne Bezug zur Unterkunft) umfangreich und schnell geholfen.

+: Vorab wurde durch Giorgos - einer der Eigentümer - Kontakt aufgenommen, um die Anreise und Urlaubsplanung so einfach wie möglich zu machen. Es wurden Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Generell waren die Gastgeber rund um die Uhr per WhatsApp erreichbar, um bei Probleme oder Fragen zu helfen. Auch ein späterer Checkout wurde unkompliziert ermöglicht. Der Service rund um die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war eine 1010. Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft standen an der Tagesordnung.Zur Villa selbst gibt es gar nicht so viel zu sagen. Man wird mit einem eisgekühlten Wasser im Kühlschrank und frischem Obst sowie Schnaps und Marmelade empfangen. Wirklich sehr schön wenn man Durst hat von der Anreise. Die Villa liegt etwa 1h vom Flughafen chania entfernt und ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Auch der Check-in via Lockbox verlief reibungslos. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert und waren bei Ankunft sauber. Der Pool ist eine 1010 inklusive Fontänen. Es ist eine sehr ruhige und abgelegene Villa aber das wussten wir vorher und genau das wollten wir auch. Auto ist aber Pflicht um zum Einkaufen zu kommen! Insgesamt hat es uns super gut gefallen und wir haben uns jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Preislich ist die Villa mehr als nur fair. Danke an Giorgos und Dimitris für diesen gelungen Urlaub !
-: Das ist zwar meckern auf hohem Niveau aber hier und da könnte die Ausstattung etwas besser sein (Schere, Toaster, Mikrowelle etc.) Aber es ist alles da was man braucht. Wie gesagt meckern auf hohem Niveau

It is hard to find a better accommodation in Crete. try! we were here for 10 days, a big family. Great. Peter!

+: Large spacious house, well-groomed yard, large clean pool, large sun terrace with sun loungers. The yard is separated from the neighboring house by a wall of boards with slots). Very quiet, beautiful and secluded place. Own parking in the yard. Olive trees grow around, there is a barbecue, a terrace with a table and an umbrella for lunch. The kitchen and the house have everything you need, including coffee, salt and sugar). All appliances are available along with consumables (eg dishwasher tablets). There is fast Internet, beautiful lighting of the yard in the evening and fruit on the table at the time of arrival. Comfortable beds, clean linen. The owner is always in touch on Whatsapp. This is a great holiday home! We regret that we only came for a week and if we are going to Crete again, we will definitely come here again!

+: Property was finished to a very high standard. Swimming pool very well maintained, it had beautiful views.Amazing local tavern La Fargi near the gorge where you can see vultures!We visited 3 times so we could try all their food (mostly locally produced).The host was very kind and generous, nothing seemed too much trouble for him. Very easy to communicate (through WhatsApp) with an agency appointed by the host who were making sure we have everything we need.
-: Could be closer to the sea but that's not their fault Hire car is very useful for this location if you want to explore.Greater clarification which villaswimming pool are you booking would be usuful as we were not sure which swimming pool we will get. There are 2 villaspools right next to each other divided by wooden fence (complete private as you can't see through the fence). Luckily got the bigger one!
