Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Olympia Sun Hotel 3* 2024-2025 Greece, Rhodes (Mediterranean coast)

+: The location and pool area were both very nice.

-: Food was VERY poor, no snack bar as advertised just small table of morning leftovers not even covered from heat and flys. Soft drinks at bar were cheap almost undrinkable alternatives yet advertised as top brands, most people used shop for refreshments. Very surprised booking.com actually markets this hotel and felt really let down payed all inclusive yet had to spend money we didn't have to eat everyday as the food was that bad, put a big dampener on the week to be completely honest

+: Excellent location, helpful staff, clean rooms, clean linin, large balcony, excellent air con. Even with families, it was a quiet hotel, which was amazing. The pool was a decent size for the size of the hotel.

-: The food was not the greatest. They do have a fair variety, but none of it was hot or tasted great. The mattresses in the room are a thick foam and hurt my back, but that it more a personal preference than a problem.

+: The only thing we liked is the location - close to the beach, bus stop and centre of faliraki

-: Avoid at all costs! Rooms very outdated - our AC was faulty and leaking so badly it caused a puddle on the floor. We asked for a different room but were denied and told that someone will fix the AC the next day. We needed to sleep with out balcony doors open and got bitten by mosquitos. When someone came to fix it, they left a mess in the room .. Room itslef was dirty, bathroom was mouldy and dirty, smelled like sewage. Food was repetitive, not much choice , whatever wasnt eaten was moved to another day, barely edible. We were all inclusive, tried few drinks which were horrible - ended up going for drinks elswhere. Staff wasn’ helpful at all, they barely spoke to us and did not address any issues that we had during the stay. I was staying in quite a few hotels, both 3 and 4 star and Olimpia Sin is by far the worst. Definetely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

+: Gångavstånd till stranden och centrum. En av receptionisterna var mycket hjälpsam och trevlig.

-: Sammanfattningsvis var vår vistelse på Olympia Sun Hotell en dålig upplevelse. Vi blev förflyttade första natten till ett annat hotell eftersom Olympia Sun hotel var fullbokat (utan förvarning), förlorade ägodelar från båda rummen vi bokat, luftkonditioneringsproblem, ohygieniska förhållanden och otrevlig manager. De förlorade ägodelarna, otrevliga managern och att våra rum var belägna i en annan byggnad vars dörr stod öppen 247 utan övervakning gjorde att vår vistelse kändes otrygg. Jag skulle rekommendera att överväga andra hotell framför detta eftersom det var en mycket otrevlig upplevelse.

+: Der Pool wahr von das ganze gut .

-: Das ich eine Zimmer gebucht habe was ich nicht bekommen habe, 3 Tage müsste ich und meine kinder in eine Zimmer verbringen müssen wo das Bad sehr alt war Wasser von Waschbecken fließ nicht weg, schimmel überral ich wir müssten Zähne putzen in Badewanne, Klimaanlage tropft bei der Wand entlang wo der stromschalter war und auf Boden ich müssten 3 Nächte lang Eimer runter stellen man konnte nicht schlafen..Ameisen überral, es würde jedentag gesagt aber sie sind mir nicht entgegen gekommen..Nur mit 1 tag auto auf denen kosten was ich auch nicht genommen habe.. das ist ein hotel nur für jugendlichen die nur saufen wollen .und mehr nicht ..Der Personal war auch nicht hilfreich waren alle gestresst..am Esstisch würden die Teller und Gläser schnell abgeholt fast wärend du gegessen hast ..Ich würde niemals hingehen wollen ..Es wäre nett wenn ich auch ein entschädigung bekommen würde...Mit freundlichen Grüßen A.Chirico
