+: the house was extremely clean, which was important during covid-2 pandemy. the host was very nice. we arrived at night and were very pleased about the full dinner prepared for us. So there was no need to search a restaurant after a long days travel. All beds are very comfortable and the garden nicely and well kept. We enjoyed the nearby beach, which was very quiet and populated only by 2-3 persons, sometimes we were completely alone on the beach. However, this might be changing in case that the nearby very big hotel and resort will be open.
-: the house is located at the main road to the south of the island. during our stay the noise of the traffic was quite disturbing, especially during the week-ends. However, the windows are soundproofed and the terrace behind the house is quiet
