+: Es war sehr ruhig, die Lage war Top.

-: Ich bin Vegetarier und beim Frühstück stand Omelette auf den Schild, also habe ich genommen. Dann hatte es aber Schinken drin. Und als ich dies beanstandet hatte, hiess es ich muss bei allem fragen ob es Fleisch drin hat oder nicht, es sei mein Fehler gewesen. Statt das Sie ihre Schilder korrekt beschriften...!

+: Ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο με πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό και πολύ όμορφους χώρους και κήπους .Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και θαυμάσια ανακαινισμένο Το πρωινό είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία και οκά ήταν φρέσκα.

+: La cordialità e professionalità di tutti, la posizione fronte mare,la vicinanza ad un supermercato e a locali e ristoranti. L immediato cambio camera dopo aver avuto diversi problemi nella prima.

-: La camera non era ben pulita,capelli e insetti schiacciati ovunque nelle pareti. Il dover pagare il caffè espresso e il cappuccino(impensabile se l hotel ha un buffet internazionale).Il giardino non curato lasciato con erbe infestanti. La cucina nulla di speciale molto speziata. La struttura molto vecchia e rifinita male,il pullman bar fatiscente fatto di tavole messe alla bene meglio.

+: Camera grande, comoda, arredamento nuovo, pulito e ordinato. Sono comuni sempre pulite e in ordine.Personale super accogliente, gentile, sempre a disposizione.

-: Avrei pensato a qualche serata organizzata in più. Specialmente nel periodo di maggior afflusso come agosto.

-: This hotel seems to adapt the low-cost model. You pay a base price for the bare necessities - if you want more or even something of quality: you pay. The room is quite spacious, however the bathroom floor floods when you take a shower, with all the smells from the sewage that comes with such a flooding. You want to use the safe in the room? You pay. Breakfast proposes two fresh options by a lovely cook: eggs and pancakes. The rest have been bought in bulk and are simply heated (if you’re lucky). Filter coffee included, you want cappuccino or latte? You pay. Water with sweet orange flavour included, you want orange juice? You pay. Staff was unfriendly and didn’t look you in the eyes when “welcoming”. Well located at beachfront with private beach. However, you want to use the loungebeds on this private beach? You pay. Also keep in mind that the wind on Crete is quite intense on the North, so red flag every day. Cherry on the top was our check-out. My partner booked a massage (100€ for 55mn) and specifically asked if the timeslot was okay since we had check-out at 12pm. Massage therapist checked with reception, no problem. 12:07 - reception called to asked if we were coming 12:09 - cleaning lady knocked on the door and shouted “check-out is 12!!!” while pointing at her watch. Final note: this adult-only hotel is sandwiched between two family friendly hotels with all the noise from mini-discos and whatsoever you might expect.

+: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 5 notti. Avevamo prenotato una junior suite e ci è stato concesso un upgrade gratuito in una suite vista mare dalla gentilissima e cortese signora Vittoria alla reception. L' albergo ha una bella spiaggia e delle ottime piscine le camere e i servizi sono di buon livello. Colazione varia ed abbondante con cucina espressa di omelette e pancake. Il personale è molto cortese. La zona intorno è provvista di ristoranti e supermarket.

-: Alcuni dettagli di manutenzione nelle camere che non pregiudicano assolutamente il soggiorno.

+: Proximité de la mer et des commerces. Nous avons apprécié les piscines. Le personnel parle Français.

-: Nous avions une remontée d'égouts dans notre chambre que nous avions pris avec spa exterieur . Les chambres sont mal insonorisées. L'eau de la douche ne s'evacuait pas et donc forte humidité dans cette pièce.
