+: We arrived to the warmest of welcome. We were given a map of the city and we were explained the main directions. This made all the difference.. our room was beautiful. The bed was really comfortable. Lovely shower. The breakfast was really good

-: Nothing. Everything was great

+: Location is perfect, owners are super, staff are lovely- a very beautiful property with amazing air conditioning!! 😃

-: Staff were not very accommodating , one iron for the entire hotel and everytime we asked for the iron the male at the from seemed like we were inconveniencing him.

+: Central location. The man working the morning shift was kind and helpful. They upgraded our room which was appreciated.

-: There wasn’t any shower gel in the room and when we called requesting for it, the lady told us to go to the reception and get it and hang up on us, while we were ready to get in the shower. The pool is small and we didn’t get to use it because it was always full. The bathroom had an odd smell.

+: Super well located in the middle of the old town. The building is very nice. The room was spacious. The staff was nice. You get towels for the beach.

-: The bedding did not fit properly the bed, meaning lateral top and bottom parts of the mattress were exposed, making sleeping a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was old and could use some renovation.

+: The location was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The decoration was very authentic.

-: The room and bathroom were not very clean. The bathroom appliances were all leaking, so it was a mess. The sink was also clogged.
