+: We loved the location and the attention to detail
-: The lack of natural light in the studio. You cannot open the door as you are in a street and right opposite a shop. Still value for money though

+: We had the private apartment. The entire hotel is very picturesque, quaint, and just lovely. Staff was great and had good recommendations for dinner. Cute cat on the property. Unexpectedly, the room came with a bottle of wine and a carafe of either raki or ouzo. Some small snacks too.
-: The shower--or really the shower curtain--was a little tricky. But that's really nitpicking.

+: This was a wonderful old hotel run by the most gracious and helpful hostess who goes out of her way to welcome every guest! So many lovely little gifts and we only stayed 2 nights. Super clean and so many thoughtful details in the most charming part of the old town of Chania.
-: Nothing but no elevator so if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues the stairs are narrow and steep. We were in a ground floor room around the back with a perfect little kitchen area.

+: The location was perfect for visits to Chania city sites and the restaurants in the harbours and on the town. The hotel is in a beautiful medieval palace, modernised superbly by the owner. The owner was very helpful, and very quick to respond to questions. We would highly recommend Palazzo di Pietro!
