+: Position. Service. Breakfast. Superior room.

-: Small to in the room, even if not really necessary for a holiday in Crete.

+: The location was absolutely amazing - at the heart of the old town, a stone's throw away from the Venetian Harbor; there is also a lovely terrace on the upper floor with a sea view, and it was a wonderful place to finish off the evening. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel itself but at the restaurant next door (Enetikon), and it was some of the tastiest food we've had in Crete - everything was absolutely delicious! The room was on the smaller side but well organized; the bed was comfy and everything worked well. The staff was also very friendly!

-: The downside of the hotel's location in the Old Town is that it is not accessible by car, so that can be an inconvenience with heavy luggage. That wasn't particularly a problem for us (and the hotel is not at fault), but the information may be useful for some other guests.

+: Everyone and everything was exceptional. We stayed for 9 days. The location is very nice, close to great restaurants and convenient. The room was really clean thanks to Laila, and all of the people were very friendly. Beautifully decorated, our stay could not have been better.

+: Great location. Great breakfast at the taverna next door. Good value for the price.

-: Room dated and shower fixture was broken our first night although this was fixed after we complained the next day. Had some issues with housekeeping--gave us half used shower amenities, didn't change out dirty towels, but at least reception was responsive.

+: This was a lovely hotel that was coincidentally located just off our favourite street in Chania. The room's furnishings were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Nice sized bathroom, and the shower had great water pressure. The balcony was also unexpected, and had views of the harbour and the mountains. Staff were very friendly and check-in was a breeze. The staff even let us check into our room 4 hours early.

+: The room was great. Great balcony. I think some rooms are better than others and we got lucky. The staff were very helpful and we were able to store our luggage on the day we left for several hours after checkout. The location of the hotel is also spot on.

-: It’s not the fault of the hotel in particular but like a lot of establishments in the area you can’t flush paper down the loo.

+: Perfect location . Easy walk to any parking and the waterfront . The breakfast at the restaurant next door was exceptional! So delicious and friendly staff . The hotel was very clean , quiet and restful . The staff was very helpful with anything we needed and friendly . Absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to chania .
