+: Vasilis, the manager of the Palms & Spas, was very helpful to everything that we asked. He behaved in a very professional way and supported us with tips and advices of local restaurants and things to do. The place was great with an amazing view. The villa was clean (cleaning crew was coming everyday) and it had whatever we need. We definetely recommend vising Palms & Spas and we will choose it again when we visit Corfu.

+: Las vistas del atardecer son preciosas. La ubicación cerca de la playa y de muchas tavernas familiares lo hacen un lugar ideal para familias. Especial mención a su dueño quien desde el primer momento ayuda con consejos y amabilidad en toda la estancia.

+: Die Anlage ist sehr neu, das Personal sehr freundlich, herzlich und bemüht, ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Sehr persönlich geführtes Resort mit geschmackvoll eingerichteten Villen und Privatssphäre. Fotos, Beschreibung und Ausstattung stimmen mit der Realität überein. Was nach unserer Erfahrung nicht bei allen Unterkünften der Fall ist!

-: Da die Anlage, das Resort noch sehr neu ist, zeigen sich im ersten Gebrauch die Kleinigkeiten, die optimiert werden sollten. Der Betreiber war interessiert, befragte uns zu möglichen Problemen, Unbequemlichkeiten usw. Er sicherte uns zu, dass die "Kinderkrankheiten" nach der Sommersaison behoben werden sollen. Es kann immer sein, dass sich manches erst im Dauerbetrieb als gut oder weniger gut zeigt. Insofern für uns kein großes Problem. Was jedoch für uns ein Problem war, ist der Lärm rund um das Resort. Es liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße und von den vielen Hotels, Bars usw. drang zum Teil bis spät in die Nacht Partylärm, Musik etc. Es ist möglich, die Fenster geschlossen zu halten und während des gesamten Aufenthalts Klimaanlage und Ventilator zu nutzen. Muss man mögen! Auf der privaten Terrasse, die mit eigenem Pool, Whirlpool, Möbel, Liegekissen usw. ausgestattet ist, hallt der Lärm der Umgebung. Wer also wirkliche Ruhe sucht, ist hier vielleicht nicht unbedingt richtig oder vielleicht besser in der Nebensaison buchen. Ich hätte mir die wirklich schöne Unterkunft grundsätzlich an einem ruhigeren Ort gewünscht. Aber das ist mein ganz perönliches Empfinden!

+: Everything about the property was amazing!We got a lovely villa with a pool and hot tub, everything was new! Very clean and so well maintained!The hosts were very helpful and recommended places for us to eat, beaches etc and were always very quick to respond. We felt so welcome and the view! Wow !! Amazing amazing view from the villa. For the price we paid this was so worth it! Location is great too, a few minutes walk and ur in messongi beach which is so lovely with some lovely restaurant options. If we ever return to corfu ! We will definitely be booking this place again. We broke our trip between this place and kontokali but once we checked out of Palma and spas we really regretted not extending our stay.
