+: Staff was kind and helpful. It offered outstanding value in a perfect location. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise as we didn't know it was included.

-: The elevator was small and slow, but that was not a big problem.

+: Location is fantastic, central and walking distance to all major sites, shopping, restaurants and public transport, staff are lovely and very helpful. Rooms are a good size and we had a little balcony which was great.

-: The bathroom and shower let down this property, they need an update.

+: The rooms are really tiny, very plain but clean. At least they provide all the necessities: bedroom slippers, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, iron and ironing board.

-: Rooms says so small there was barely space for me to open the ironing board. I was alone and it was cramped, can't imagine if two people are in the room. There's only one small and slow elevator so you might be waiting a while to get up and down. Breakfast provided was just cold cuts and cheeses, with some bread and rolls. Coffee was very watery and weak. But there are many real coffee places around so skip the hotel's offering and go out.

+: Location ! I’m the right place in the core clean simple and friendly! Return guests now for 4 years.

-: The elevator needs to be faster if possible as it only services two people at a time wait time can be long.The sewage smell in the washroom wasn’t there all the time but was present at times. The need to do something with the off gassing. I believe it’s a problem in general in Greece as I was at a 4.5 star in another location outside of Athens and the issue was there as well.
