+: Tolle Anlage, saubere Pools, Sehr nettes und Hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Badezimmer etwas klein und auch schon älter, aber ansonsten wirklich gut. Danke vielmals!

-: Das Frühstück. Selbst die Kinder wollten nicht mehr frühstücken ab dem dritten Tag. Da sollten sich die Leute wirklich etwas einfallen lassen. Das war schade. Zumeist zu wenig Konfitüre, alter Salat, immer jeden Tag Eier mal gebraten, mal Rührei mal so oder so. Nein, das war wirklich nocht gut. Aber es war das einzige was es zu bemängeln gibt.

+: Le personnel, la piscine, la propreté du lieu, tout était impeccable.

-: Le petit déjeuner était copieux, néanmoins les fruits servis n’étaient pas toujours frais, peut être méritaient ils de rester de rester dans le frigo avant d’être servis.

+: The staff was very kind amd helpful and always tried to meet our needs and expectations. The pool is amazing, it is a big size pool with very pleasant temeprature of water. That part of the hotel is brand new. Our room was big enough for three people with a small fridge that was also very useful during our holiday.

-: The breakfast was not a buffet style, but it was served directly to the different tables and guests. In my opinion a buffet style breakfast would have been more flexible and quicker. Although the quantity of the food at breakfast was enough. There was only one type of soft drink supplied every morning. That couid have been more diverse. The waitress (Eva) at the breakfast was not really professional, sincere and nice with us. She did not always want to meet our requests ( butter or jam for toast, refill the milk for the coffee etc.) It is very recommended to arrive to the hotel by car, as due to its remote location (at the edge of a small village) the transportation without a car would be really complecated.

+: piscina enorme, bella e bene attrezzata, praticamente deserta, tutta la struttura molto nuova. È a 1 km da zorba beach, serve la macchina per katholico, seitan e chania, abbastanza comode.

-: colazione servita al tavolo, no buffet, poco varia, fissa per tutti e quantità insufficiente per noi:: un piattino di yogurt e una ciottoilna di marmellata in 5 ! ogni mattina dovere chiedere il bis alla cameriera infastidita !

+: The wonderful, adorable Mrs. Vicki, manager of the property, was kind and attentive and tried to make everything comfortable for us. In fact the staff in general was lovely, they solved a problem we had upon arrival with the best solution.

-: well the garage has no elevator so you have to carry your suitcases up and down the stairs on check in and check out. The wi fi does not work very well. The bathroom in our room was very small, no window and the shower had a curtain so it was inevitable to make everything wet on the floor. The breakfast is served at 8.30, it is a bit late for some people.
