+: That it was in the middle of the historic city, close to all the sights, shops and restaurants.

-: The view from our balcony was limited but apart from that we were happy with our room and the hotel.

+: The bed was very comfortable. Shower nice. Breakfast very good

-: There is no way to drop your luggage at the hotel. You have to walk 5 minutes from a municipal parking lot with your rolling bags on a cobble stone street. Pedestrian only. Clerk said you can drive on the street between 7 am and 11 am. How does that help if you can’t check in until 3????? So in the hot parking lot we had to consolidate 3 bags into one small one and then the next morning on way to airport pull over and repack bags. If we had know we would have prepared. And so you have to be prepared to leave most of your belongings in the car. The hotel doesn’t make this clear at all nor to they have someone available to assist with your bags should you need more than once change of clothes. As a result I missed some of my hair product and it ended up in a carry on. Got tossed. I have very curly hair and can’t replace it in Greece. Just an annoying outcome. But it did make me cry. It was a domino effect. Hotel too expensive to make people in their 60’s shlep rolling bags thru a long hot brickstone pedestrian zone. Good news, they bought me a cappuccino. Yay.

+: Bel hôtel situé en plein centre de Rethymnon. Literie très confortable et chambre propre. Le petit déjeuner est très complet. Très satisfaits de notre séjour.

-: Chambre un peu sombre et salle de bain à rafraîchir.

+: Very vibrant and 1010 clean place, as for couples as well as for families. Place where you can easily relax, eat local breakfast, have a drink and the bar and enjoy beautiful Greek architecture. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

+: Dat het heel erg schoon was, het personeel super vriendelijk en de locatie was top! Het hotel zelf was heel sfeervol ingericht met alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook fijne ligbedjes bij het zwembad.

-: Niks viel tegen! Alleen de koffie was minder maar dat is een kwestie van smaak.
