-: The pillows were lumpy and flat. The only outlet in bathroom was for a shaver only. The outlets to run hairdryer or hot irons were at a small desk in bed area with no mirrors to be found. Bathroom had pedestal sink so zero room to put any toiletries or makeup. ROOM WAS TINY! It was difficult to get ready in the morning. No seating in standard room. Just the bed

+: The staff was great. Helpful. The lobby area was lovely, comfortable, with free sodas and water and snacks. The bed and the room were very comfortable.
-: Not that it could have been better, but there's no kitchen at the restaurant. Breakfast is a cold food continental buffet. The star ranking and the cost both a little high for the facilities.
