+: The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to hold our luggage well after checkout time so that we could enjoy a cruise around the island of Zakynthos. The hotel was a short walk to the port and shops restaurants.Our room was very clean and it exceeded our expectations.

+: Die Dusche war super und mit Schiebetür.Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das Haus war relativ neu. Überall gab es Fliegengitter.Nach dem Auschecken stand ein eigenes Badezimmer (jedoch ohne Handtücher) zur Verfügung.Man kann die eigene Wäsche waschen und das Gepäck nach dem Auschecken bis zum Flughafentransfer dort verstauen.Der Flughafentransfer war zuverlässig und kostenlos, auch vom Hafen wurden wir nach Anfrage abgeholt. Dies stellte jedoch eine Ausnahme dar und wurde vom Vermieter nicht gern gesehen, da er sonst mit der Taxigesellschaft Probleme bekommen kann, da er ihnen die Arbeit abnimmt.
-: Der Vermieter war etwas hektisch und nicht gerade freundlich, bzw. von der Art und Weise unsympathisch.Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gar nicht, im Zimmer war es wie in der Sauna.Der Balkon ist von allen anderen Gästen begehbar, d.h. man muss immer alle Türen verriegeln, auch während der Nacht, wo frische Luft dringend notwenig ist. Nicht alle Balkontüren lassen sich verriegeln, weil der Schließmechanismus ausgeleiert ist.Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein und das Waschbecken winzig und schlecht positioniert. Der Spiegel ist für einen 2m Mann geeignet, weil er so hoch hängt, ebenso der Föhn.
