+: The staff is amazing, the other guests really nice people (family environment), the pool spotless. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the city centre, supermarkets and stores.
-: Room facilities are a bit old but it wasn't a problem. We had ants inside the room and the balcony (small ones).

+: Ottima la posizione ,a pochi metri dal centro ma in una zona molto tranquilla.
-: Un po' scomodo il parcheggio inoltre nella stanza non venivano effettuate le pulizie tutti i giorni e non c'era né scopa né straccio per lavare a terra .Pochi piatti e pentole in cucina.

+: La posizione era assolutamente perfetta! In pochi minuti ci si trovava direttamente nel centro di Kassiopi pieno di negozi e di ristoranti
-: Struttura poco moderna. La stanza si riempiva spesso di formiche che trovavamo ovunque, anche nelle lenzuola. La piscina era piena di cloro.Inoltre, in camera c'erano pochissime prese e non vicine al letto.

+: L'hôtel est terriblement bien placé, il dispose également d'un parking attenant si l'on vient en voiture. Kassiopi est une ville charmante où l'on trouve de tout et à pied de l'hôtel. J'ai beaucoup aimé la piscine avec son bar attenant où l'on peut se rafraichir et boire un verre. Le barman est un personnage qui vaut le détour :-) . La chambre est spacieuse et dispose d'air conditionné ce qui s'apprécie en temps de grande chaleur. La cuisine est pratique avec son réfrigérateur à disposition. La salle de bain est pratique et correcte. Le personnel est très amical et est prêt à tout pour répondre à nos besoins. Si besoin, on peut demander à l'accueil pour louer une voiture qui sera livrée à l'hôtel directement.
-: Si je devais soumettre une suggestion d'amélioration, ce serait au niveau de la vaisselle de la cuisine. Il est possible de prendre son repas dans l'appartement mais un peu plus de vaisselle serait bienvenue. Cependant, cela n'a en rien dérangé le séjour.
