+: The staff was so nice and accommodating. They wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us and made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The pools were nice and clean, and the rooms were spacious, clean and with comfortable beds and a nice patio to sit out on.
-: The main facilities were in good condition, but often the bathrooms weren't completely clean or the floor was wet for days. During the hot days, the AC in the Public areas was weak so you have to get used to being hot.

-: -לא מפעילים מזגן באף אחד מהשטחים הציבוריים (לובי, מסעדות) -החדר היה מלא נמלים, ולא מרווח מספיק עבור זוג עם תינוק-המנעול הפנימי בדלת החדר לא עובד (בעייתי עם ילדים קטנים שמנסים לצאת החוצה) שאלנו עובד תחזוקה שאמר שככה זה ברזורט והמנעולים האלה לא עובדים.-נתקלנו מספק פעמים בצוות לא אדיב, שהרבה פעמים לא יודע לתת תשובות על שאלות (או לא יודע אנגלית) הקשורות למקום. לדוגמה:כמה פעמים לא היה מקום לשבת מסביב לבריכה (כי אנשים תופסים מראש מקום ממש מוקדם בבוקר על ידי זה שהם פשוט משאירים חפצים שלהם על הכסא והולכים). כששאלנו איש צוות אם ניתן להוסיף כסאשמשיה על מנת שנוכל לשבת בבריכה הוא נראה חסר אונים ולא ידע מה לענות לנו.

+: Huge resort with excellent facilities. 3 pool areas, beach area, tennis court, football facilities, pretty much everything you could possibly need. Food was very good , half board is a massive benefit.
-: The “twin bungalow” was actually a double bed with a separate sofa bed, not a twin room in the true sense
