-: Leider war der Pool sehr kalt, obwohl in der Beschreibung stand, dass er beheizt ist, aber dafür hätte man bezahlen müssen. 50€ für 2 Grad wärmer, schade!

+: Amazing stay, I planned the vacation as a bday surprise for my wife and everything we both wished for was fulfilled by pnoe. (we had a lot of wishes..😂🥹)Food had very good quality, breakfast was very very nice and if you have ANYthing in mind that you need, u are connected via whatsapp with the reception and they try their very best to kinda make all your wishes come true.All I can say is thank you pnoe for having us, thank you for your patience and being so nice to us, thank you especially for preparing the heart shapes roses, bday cake, bday sheet ETC. for my wife in the room as we arrived…A m a z i n g. Perfect stay, 1010Beautiful architecture, rooms very clean, etc etc.I cannot write everything cause you guys had way to much perfectness haha..for everyone reading this: they have everything a guest can wish for kinda.

+: Das Frühstück war sehr frisch und ausreichend, man konnte zwischen verschiedenen Eierspeisen wählen. Es hätte etwas mehr Abwechslung geben können. Die Qualität des Essens war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind im Bungalowstil mit eigenem Pool. Die Architektur ist sehr gelungen, die Betten sind bequem.
-: Aktuell befindet sich das Hotel noch in der Einflugschneise des alten Flughafens in Kreta Heraklion. 2025 soll wohl der neue Flughafen fertig sein, dann ist die Lage super. Weiterhin befindet sich noch eine alte Hotel Bauruine direkt am Pnoe dran, welche wohl aber dort mit eingebunden werden soll in den nächsten Jahren. Der Pool ist nicht wirklich zum Schwimmen geeignet.

+: Recently opened and still pristine, the resort has good design and facilities. The private pool for our room was big enough to take a few strokes (it was bigger than the average). Staff were very friendly and the restaurants were excellent - we particularly liked breakfast in the main restaurant and dinner in the Cretan restaurant. The village of Karteros is nothing special, but Knossos is about 15 minutes away by car.
-: Everything was fine. The hotel is close to the airport but noise was not a problem (planes taking off in the other direction when we were there).

+: Es war alles top: hochwerige ausstattung und umgebung der unterkunft, spa, personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, poolanlage, essen und trinken, sehr gute service-dienstleistung, überall gibt es handtücher, am betteuten privatstrand wird auch wasser angeboten. es gibt yoga, top fitness, pilates und private training
-: standort ist sehr zentral nur 10min vom flughafen entfernt. ist aber zudem auch ein nachteil aufgrund hohem fluglärm
