+: La vue magnifique depuis la chambre, la proximité du centre de Fira, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, la qualité du Wi-Fi, les différentes propositions du personnel pour des locations de véhicules ou d'excursions. Le fait que quelqu'un nous aide à l'aller et au retour avec nos bagages

-: J'ai trouvé le transfert privatif (60€) cher par rapport à la distance et le temps

+: El lugar es encantador, tiene una vista espectacular desde la habitación, las camas eran muy cómodas, el baño tiene una ducha en la que puedes durar horas! Te dan una bata, sandalias muy cómodas para tu estancia, el desayuno estaba delicioso y te lo llevan hasta la habitación para que desayunes en el balcón, la ubicación está bastante bien, muy cerquita del centro

+: 房間很大，很乾淨，景超棒！ 房內房外都有沙發🛋️，泳池就在正下方，水溫固定在26度。

-: 1、櫃檯接待人員一板一眼，不夠友善，沒有溫度，不適合從事服務業。 2、如果你搭車去，要先跟旅館說，否則像我們照著Google，拖著三件行李，問了2次當地人才找到。3、第一天早餐還不錯，第二天selected tea沒有select，只有2包英國早餐茶包；牛奶🥛是冰的（第一天是溫熱的），早餐放在陽台，當天氣溫不到20度，早餐端到房間陽台時，熱水溫度下降了，很難泡奶茶。
