+: Πρωινό και δείπνο πολύ καλό και ποιοτικό φαγητό. Τοποθεσία, θέα, κήπος και παραλία φανταστική Προσωπικό ευγενικό και με καλή διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης Ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες στην παραλία πολλές και ποιοτικές Δωμάτια ευρύχωρα και καθαρά

-: - Οι μηχανές του καφέ στο πρωινό που χαλούσαν συνέχεια και για να πάρεις καφέ περίμενες στην ουρά 15 λεπτά !!! Καθημερινό πρωινό μαρτύριο. - Έλλειψη κλιματισμού ή έστω ανεμιστήρων στον εξωτερικό ημίκλειστο χώρο του μπουφέ εστιατορίου "Αστερίας" -Οι βρύσες στους νιπτήρες και στο ντουζ στο λουτρό του δωματίου δύσχρηστες καθώς έπρεπε να έχεις σπουδάσει υδραυλικός για να τις ανοίξεις, να τις κλείσεις, να ρυθμίσεις ζεστό και κρύο κτλ.

-: בראש ובראשונה את היעדר תודעת שירות החל בשיחה מזעזעת עם מנהל המלון שהיה פשוט אטום לא אמפטי וממש לא שירותי המשך באנשי הקבלה חסרי הסבלנות וכלה בארוחת הבוקר המלצרים שלא נותנים מנוח בצורה שכבר לא נעימה. חדר המקלחת היה מיושן מאוד קלסרופובי ולא מזמין. רצפת החדר היתה דביקה ומלוכלכת ו ערב היתה מתקפת חרקים בחדר. בגדול הרגשנו חוסר אמפטיה ללקוח חוסר הקשבה וזלזול וממש ממש לא תמורה ראויה לתשלום. אנחנו ממש לא נחזור לשם ולא ממליץ לאף אחד מהיקרים לנו ו להתקרב למלון הזה.
