+: We loved the private pool and how big the villa actually was! It was lovely and clean.

-: We loved the property. There was nothing wrong with it at all!

+: The villa was exactly what we hoped but it was the staff who were exceptional! Special thanks to Martina for all her help and Anna in the Restaurant. They made our holiday!

-: We didn't hire a car but I would recommend one to get out and about. Pyramid Restaurant is wonderful but there are not many foodshopping options locally.

+: We loved the pool and the beautiful garden and the proximity to the beach

-: Right next to the villa is a supermarket. This is big advantage BUT: they have a peacock which makes a lot of (really loud) noise. Especially at night and the early morning. Getting a good night sleep and rest is important on a holiday. The peacock is seriously the reason I would not go back. It really bothered us and influenced our sleep. Dogs and roosters also make noise and not a big deal but this a whole another level..The house is clean but they could air the rooms some more I guess.

+: Best family-holiday we've had so far! The place was marvelous. We had to force ourselves to leave the house and explore Corfu. Everything we needed was in the house or close-by. Martina, our host was so friendly and ever ready to help. We asked for a blender and a chop-board, within 15 min she came back with the items. There was enough space for the 5 of us and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a bit cold but after a day or two we got used to it. The boys made use of the pool everyday, at least twice a day. We went during Easter so the weather was good but not the hottest. The house was cleaned halfway our stay and we had enough towels. Do come with your own beach-towels. The nearest beach was just 15 min walk away. If you come with enough towels you can relax in the sand and avoid the expensive charge for hiring beach-seats. A lot of lovely restaurants nearby. You definitely need a car. I recommend Value Plus. They are a local car rental company. No hidden fees like the Multinational companies, very transparent. They picked us from the airport and brought us to the car. When returning the car, they dropped us at the airport. Take the full insurance, just a tip.

-: Barking dogs, not sure who's dogs they are but they could bark in the middle of the night. The peacock too knew how to join the gang. You do get used to it after some days but not the owner's fault.

+: Die Villa hatte eine gute Größe und war sauber.Der Pool hatte eine gute Größe. Die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern lief sehr gut.Alles in allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

-: Leider waren haben einige Kleinigkeiten nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen.So fehlten zum Beispiel Salz, Pfeffer, Öl oder WaschmittelSpülmaschinentabs. In meinen Augen gehört sowas zur Grundausstattung einer Ferienwohnung.Die Ausstattung der Villa ist zum Teil in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bäder sind sehr klein und alt. Hier und da müsste mal wieder renoviert werden.Die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert leider nur sehr schlecht, wir haben uns daher für den Handaufguss entschieden.Der Pfau auf dem Nachbargrundstück ist teilweise nervig, wofür der Vermieter der Villa jedoch nichts kann.

+: Der Pool war super. Die Badezimmer waren sauber.

-: Die Betten waren leider zu hart und es gab keine richtige Decken, nur Laken. Der Pfau vor der Haustür war sehr laut und anstrengend.

+: Pyramid Villas was absolutely fantastic. The villa was equipped with everything you need (I like to cook) so had plenty of meals and bbqs with friends. Outdoor area was perfect, covered terrace with 6 loungers by the pool as well as 2 upstairs balconies. It was impeccably clean and they even came to change the beds and give fresh towels a few days into our 7 night stay. The host was absolutely lovely, she couldn't be more helpful and even tried to book taxis to restaurants and giving us a heads up about bank holiday shop hours etc.Location wise- 100% need a car- Outside the front gate is a shop with all basics-8min drive to a very cheap large supermarket as well as beautiful restaurants-5min walk to the beach (lovely at that, just have to pay for sun loungers) where you can rent paddle boards- closest area to all the North and west coast beaches that are stunning, all <1hr drive

-: Only negative comments - noise from the shop right next door. Dogs barking every morning around 67am when they open up and they also have a pretty cool but noisy collection of peacocks but you get used to it and not the villas fault! Metal Bbq was on its way out, but the other villas do come with a concrete, cement popee built bbq.

+: We loved the pool and the villa was a great size for our family of 6. The staff was great and we enjoyed the on-site restaurant as well as horse riding and local beaches.

-: The wifi isn’t great but we managed for a week!
