+: Staff are very friendly and helpful.Great location.Food at the bar is good and the prices are good.Right on the beach.

-: There was not always someone in reception. This made the check out confusing as I didn’t know whether to keep waiting or just leave. I had a bus for a certain time so it was inconvenient that there was no one in reception.

-: Zee moeilijk begaanbaar, maar lukt wel met waterschoentjes.

+: The photos shown on the website of the hotel are beautifully accurate. Everything was so clean and considered. We were blown away.A breathtaking view from the room onto the water, a mini rocky beach with 3 loungers meant our little boy could make sandcastles as the sun set and a bar that serves the best Mai Tai ever.The entire place is incredibly peaceful, the pool has an area which was perfect for our son and the hot tub on the balcony was a luxurious treat which felt so special.The rooms are a great size (we’re a couple with small child) and cleaned to a high standard daily.The staff are incredibly helpful with excellent advice on the area, restaurants and taxi options.The ‘party’ area of Malia is close but not so close to be disturbing. Pyrgos really feels like a slice of paradise.There are large beaches fairly close by, the team will be best placed to advise which works best for you regarding what you’re after on your trip.We felt so welcomed, thank you so much for a wonderful stay. It was everything we hoped for and more.

+: C’est toujours très agréable de séjourner dans cet hôtel idéalement situé. Propreté exceptionnelle et accueil chaleureux. Dimitri et son équipe sont très attentifs à notre bien être. Le jardin est magnifique et on apprécie toujours la piscine

-: Les clients qui ne respectent pas le silence la nuit et qui déposent les serviettes sur les transats pour passer l’après midi au bar
