Residence Suites offers a collection of individually decorated suites and studios on the top of the cliff, in Oia Village. Guests enjoy stunning sea views from private or shared terraces or balconies, some with hot tubs. The main terrace includes 2 seasonal, outdoor hot tubs available to all guests during the summer months.
Air conditioning, TVs with cable and satellite channels, and hairdryers are standard. Free WiFi is available at the outdoor areas of the property.
With a central location in Oia, the Residence Suites is just 2 minutes’ stroll from the famous Oia sunset spot, as well as the village’s fine restaurant and shops.
The hotel can arrange airport transfers for its guests with prior notice. Area information, and suggestions on restaurants and sights are also available. Public parking is available within a 10-minute walk from the property.

+: I booked a last minute room after the weather forced me to change my schedule. The room had simple furnishings but it was spotless, had a fridge, hot pot for coffee, a closet area for clothes, and even small table and chairs. I was not expecting such a large room for the price so this was lovely. It was a pleasant surprise that there was a shared hot tub that I could use which was not expected. I enjoyed being able to sit there and enjoy the lights and caldera view. I also enjoyed having coffee on the patio in the morning, while the sun was rising, so I got to see Santorini “fall asleep” as well as “wake up.”
