+: Our room was amazing and had a view that looked like a dream. The staff was super considerate and did their best to make our stay perfect. They provided us clean towels and let us use the hotel facilities after checkout due to our flight being later in the day.We also got a 30 min courtesy massage for couples which was a really nice touch.

-: Main pool area can close down if there are weddings so you need to check this. There are other pool areas however the food service is slow.

-: Spa is non-existentvery small just to check the box of a spa. Staff felt a bit disorganised as the hotel, the restaurant and the spa are managed by different companies which makes it an uncomfortable experience for the guests.
