Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Rodos Palace Luxury Convention Resort 5* 2024-2025 Greece, Rhodes (Aegean coast)

+: Very poor breakfast. No coffee machine. It is required every time you want coffee to ask one of the staff members, who is not enthusiastic about the request. Most of the food in the dining room did not live up to expectations

-: Old rooms. The rooms were not ready according to the order (5 adults together) even though in the end 2 adults stayed in Israel for medical reasons. Paid gym, although it is not indicated in the booking. Towels in the pool for rent, and in a cumbersome process. The door of the rooms is heavy and slams shut.

+: המיקום היה מעולה,הסוויטה גוניור גדולה מאוד אך קצת ישנה.

-: המעליות סיוט אחד גדול, לחכות שעה למעליתהצוות של המלון לא היה נחמד במיוחד, היה תקלה בכספת ולא נתנו פיתרון. התנערו מאחריותצריכים להאריך את השעות של הארוחת בוקר- אנשים בחופשה.

+: Sehr gut zu erreichen.Zentral zum Strand und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten (natürlich mit Auto oder Bus)

-: Alles überaltert Dringend Renovierung Bedarf

-: Nije mi se svidelo to sto sam dobio sobe stare 50 godina,a slike novih soba starih 1 godinu na bookingu...Bazeni spoljni i stvari vezano za rekreaciju i uzivanje su isto prestari sve je uzasno!

+: Molto comoda la posizione per poter visitare l'isola, considerando che la zona non è tra le più belle.

-: Accoglienza e rapporto con gli ospiti e pulizia delle camere. Alla reception non hanno risolto le nostre richieste relative ai servizi di camera. Procedura di prenotazione di "ristoranti a tema" a dir poco farraginosa (solo in presenza e in orari fissi solo per il giorno stesso). I teli da spiaggia su cauzione sono per lo più in pessime condizioni (sporchi, laceri...) e gli orari di riconsegna a discrezione dell'addetta che non rispetta gli orari fissati dall'Hotel.

+: The property showed signs of aging however was cleaned and maintained mercilessly The staff very nice and helpful never rude

-: Could have more explanation for things like ultra all inclusive, quite crowded, AC was not strong enough in the bedroom we were feeling hot
