This property is a 14-minute walk from the beach. Located 601 m from Marmari Beach in Kos, Roseland’s Hotel covers a 16.000 m2 area with roses and palm trees. It has a free-form pool with sun terrace, a restaurant and 2 bars.

All air-conditioned rooms open to a private balcony with Aegean Sea, mountain, pool or garden views. Featuring iron or wooden beds, they offer a 21” satellite TV, fridge and hairdryer.

Guests can enjoy buffet breakfast and dinner at the on-site restaurant. The pool-side snack bar serves refreshing drinks and light meals. Cocktail parties are organized.

    +: Room looks nice, a balcony where you can enjoy the view, mirror in the bathroom had a good lighting

    -: Air in the room was feeling very stiff, even if the window is fully open, beach is a bit far

    +: Die Poolanlage war schön und sauber. Das Fliegengitter an der Balkontür.

    -: Frühstück absolut unterirdisch, einfachste Sachen wie Tomaten oder Gurken wurde nicht mal angeboten. Geschmacklich war nichts zu empfehlen. KellnerKüchenpersonal schafft nicht mal die Gäste zu grüßen. Einfach nur traurig, man fühlt sich als Gast absolut unerwünscht. Betten waren extrem hart und die Metallfedern stachen in den Rücken. Räume sehr sehr hellhörig! Zimmerservice lässt zu Wünschen übrig, es wurden nur schnell die Laken glatt gezogen. Nachdem ich einen Zettel geschrieben hatte, doch mal bitte den Boden zu säubern, wurde dies am vierten Tag getan. Bad und Möbel veraltet. Weg zum Strand ca. 20 min.

    +: Nichts. Das Zimmer war nicht das gewünschte, es war voller Ameisen. Die Hotelangestellten sind nicht auf meine Beschwerden eingegangen. Ich habe das Hotel verlassen und mir eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.
