-: Low quality in everything, no 5* no 4* not even 3*: olddirty towels in the room, clogged sink and shower drain in the bathroom, mediocre food, crowded, no intimacy nowhere, the sea is like a bucket (a piece of water surrounded by an artificial dike), old sun beds on very tiny piece of “beach”, it has nothing to do with beautiful Crete!

+: Sensational. From arrival, check in, the shuttle to the room everything is perfect. The views, the hotel itself, the food (incredible) and most importantly the staff. Incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.

+: Very professional and very helpful staffVery generous and good quality breakfast. Although it is a big resort it doesn't feel crowded as the exterior space is big enough and very well organised. Very nice pools. Nice culinary experience and good ambience at the Elia, Mediterranean restaurant.
-: Overpriced and very poor quality food at the Alati pool restaurant .Private beach, well organised but entirely man-made so not very attractive for a Greek beach.
