+: FACILITY IS VERY GOOD FOR CHILDREN

-: We had a problem in the room the water of the AC was going out from the Electric wall plug and they gaved us a room for one night and the day after gaved us another room and this was a big Hessel for us with two children and the reception staff that where on duty that evening weren't so help full .This was a big problem for us to pack and unpack for 3 times and took us a lot of time from our Holiday . The only think that we wanted was that the staff arrange for us a room and we move only ones . But for them this was impossible because the only think for them was that the room that they gaved us for one night was more expensive and for me this is unacceptable reason .

+: Food was plentiful choice for everyone we had 20month old with us and he didn’t go hungry! Staff catered for all our needs. Pools are great so many loungers to choose from. Rooms cleaned daily fresh towels! Evening entertainment was great for our small boy we couldn’t get him off the dance floor so much fun, the team are great with all ages! Bar staff and restaurant staff friendly and welcome morning noon and night! Would definitely recommend

-: Valytojos atvykusios valyti kambarių, pirmiausia sėdi pirmame aukšte ir ilgai rūko, prasmirsta net kambarys. Labiausiai nepatiko valymo paslaugos kambaryje, tos pačios šiukšlės, kaip gulėjo, taip ir gulėjo iki išvykimo. Labai neatidžiai ir atmestinai valyta visą savaitę.

+: Ότι και να πω θα είναι λίγο για αυτό το ξενοδοχείο Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικο με ένα χαμόγελο πάντα στα χείλη και ευγενικό Το δωμάτιο τέλειο, οι εξωτερικοί χώροι καθαροί, οι πισίνες πεντακάθαρες με τους ναυαγοσώστες πάντα εκεί να προσέχουν τον κόσμο Για το φαγητό δεν έχω λόγια κάλυπτε και τον πιο απαιτητικό και παράξενο θα πω πελάτη ο κυριος Αστεριος ο chef έχει κάνει μαζί με την ομάδα του θαύματα δεν μπορούσες να βρεις να πεις κάτι κακό Αν πάτε που πρέπει να πάτε να φάτε ιταλικό στο LA CANTINA Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε και του χρόνου

+: The location is beautiful, the private beach and the pools are clean and functional. The staff is friendly. Beautiful sweet cats live around the property. Breakfast served is tasty. Recommend to add a small library in the reception as there’s plenty of space with also a few table games for customers to borrow.

-: Rooms are not clean and were not cleaned during our stay. No remote for the tv. No sign to leave on the door for “do not disturb”. No fire escape signage is provided anywhere in the room. The sink is weirdly positioned, way too low for average height people, while the small mirror is way too high positioned. No coffee tea was ever restocked in the room and the coffee mugs were never cleaned or changed in 7 days of stay. The food for lunch and dinner was not good while the breakfast is good. Recommend more attention towards allergens and details in general.

+: Es gab viele möglichkeiten , und die Anlage war mit Liebe gestaltet. Das Personal war super !

-: Zum Glück hatten wir ein PKW , sonst hätten wir an diesem steinigen Strand baden gehen müssen. Im Westen der Insel sind die Strände viel schöner.

+: Die Lage war super und die Animation war schön und das Personal war sehr freundlich

-: Bei der White Night Party war nur ein Getränk dabei das zweite musste man zahlen auch bei All inclusive! Und bei der abreise hatten wir den Transfer bestellt und der Fahrer hat sich mit dem Tag geirrt und sind halbe Stunden später mit dem Taxi zum Airport!
