The units at Sirens are spacious and stylish. Each comes with air conditioning, a satellite TV, fridge and safe. The bathroom is stocked with a hairdryer. They all open out onto a furnished balcony.
The restaurant prepares both European and Cretan dishes throughout the day and are enjoyed in the large dining area. The lobby bar and beach bar serve refreshing drinks and beverages.

+: Personnel accueillant et sympathique, localisation de l’hôtel en plein centre ville, magnifique plage,la nourriture est très bonne ( déjeuner et diner ) et les animations ( piscine et soirées )
-: La propreté n'est pas top, particulièrement sur les chaises bébés qui ne sont pas bien nettoyées, les espaces communs ne sont pas tous climatisés, manque de variétés dans le petit déjeuner, le restaurant ferme à 21h30 le soir, je trouve que c'est limite,

+: Good place, next to sandy beach, a few minutes away (by foot) from Malia city centre. Not far from airport( Heraklion) about 30 minutes by car. Good personal, nice, clean teritory, room service - good, Bravo animation team ( especialy main cheff-super!). Only 30min by car to aquacity.
-: The drinks from bars ( soft drinks) sometimes looks like only sugar with water, not very tasty.

-: Receptionists and waitress absolutely not friendly. A greeting or a "thank you" it costs nothing.

+: Excellent location for people looking for a beach holiday. Very good buffets, both for lunch and dinner, with a wide variety of options and staff regularly refilling any items that run low. Very nice staff in the restaurants.
-: The reception staff, with one exception (a kind man), should be more polite and friendly. The hotel charges a fee to use the in-room safe.
