+: What a beautiful place and so much kindness ! Thank you

+: Hotel is well located, with a small beach in front (free for hotel guests) and walking distance to the enjoyable small town of Sitia. The hotel is somewhat dated, but this brings a charming patina and the whole concept was well thought of when designed. We only took breakfast there and this was decent. Staff in general is friendly, with especially the cleaning staff being warm and friendly and working very hard. Front desk (reception) also very much up to the task.

-: The hotel is very noisy. The street in front carries some traffic but the hotel cannot be blamed for that, and one gets used to it. The main issue to us was the noisy eveningnight entertainment, which is right in front of the rooms with sea view. The hotel caters for French all inclusive budget travelers, and the entertainment is tailored to them. Sea view comes at a premium, those are the best rooms, and then having to endure a noisy show that is supposed to stop at 11 pm but easily goes on and also encourages (drunk?) hotel guests to linger around the pool area and shout and quarrel until deep in the night - not our cup of tea. We had seen this comment by other travelers on internet sites and can confirm this issue. The font desk was very understanding but there is only so much the hotel management seems to do about it. During the last days of our stay it was much better and then the intrinsic qualities of the hotel immediately shine through.

+: הצוות שירותי חייכן ומקצועי מאוד. ענו בסבלנות לכל שאלה או בקשה שלנו. המקום מפנק מאוד גם בארוחת הבוקר וגם במתקנים שהוא מציע.

-: מקבלים מגבת לבריכה ביום הראשון, והמגבת היא לכל השהות שלכם שם. בצק אווט צריך להחזיר את המגבת ללובי מה שהיה לנו מוזר מאוד.ממליץ לעשות עמדת מגבות יומית בבריכה .

+: יחס העובדים גם בקבלה וגם בחדר האוכל היה מצוין. עובדות הניקיון היו טובות מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר עשירה. החדר גדול ומרווח ויש ארון בגדים גדול יחסית. יש למלון חוף ים צמוד ללא תשלום והוא נעים מאד. האינטרנט עבד מצוין. המזגן פנטסטי.

-: המיטה לא הייתה נוחה, המזרן קשה מאד.חדר הרחצה קטן וצפוף ודי קשה להיכנס למקלחת, במיוחד אם אתם שמנים. אין שם מספיק אור כדי להתגלח או להתאפר. מתוך 4 בריכות במלון, היתה רק בריכה אחת שמתאימה לאנשים עם קשיי ניידות. שאר הבריכות היו עם סולם שלא כולם יכולים להשתמש בו. גם המעליות לא מתוחזקות כראוי. כל פעם לחצן אחר נופל פנימה והמעלית יוצאת משימוש עד שמתקנים אותה.

+: het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en niets op aan te merken, alles wat je maar kon bedenken was er! De parkeergelegenheid voor onze huurauto was ook top!

-: voor ons is het complex te groot en te druk, wij houden meer van kleinschaliger en authentieker. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar 'Maria' die ons naar de kamer 'moest' begeleiden kon niet lachen en gedroeg zich erg uit de hoogte. Ze kon (of sprak althans geen maar denk eerder dat het was van niet kunnen) geen woord Engels, een dikke nul voor haar houding en dat om mensen de verwelkomen, een spijtige zaak! We hadden een kamer vlak naast het kleinere zwembad en hadden hierdoor geen enkele privacy op ons terras.

+: Hotel in posizione strategica, leggermente defilato rispetto al centro città ma direttamente sul lungomare a soli 8 minuti a piedi dal centro. Posizione ottima anche per uscire comodamente e velocemente dalla città in auto per visitare le spiagge e le attrazioni vicine. La stanza era spaziosa, ampia e pulita. Il balcone vista mare uno spettacolo, sia la mattina che al tramonto. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Struttura munita di parcheggio, ristorante (che non abbiamo provato) e due piscine. Colazione internazionale ottima! Fortemente consigliato! Efcharistó :)

-: La camera molto spartana, mobili un po’ vecchiotti. C’era una sola presa elettrica, alla reception mi hanno dato una “ciabatta” multipresa ma ho dovuto anche firmare una ricevuta! Non è certo un 5 stelle
