+: Posizione perfetta, vicinissima al porto di Rethymno e al centro storico della città. Camera davvero molto grande e completa di tutti i servizi. Gentilissima la proprietaria che ci ha concesso un'ora aggiuntiva al checkout. La zona è piena di locali e permette delle belle passeggiate e di raggiungere facilmente la Fortezza che é sicuramente da visitare.

-: Il fait très chaud dans l’appartement et la décoration est un peu vétuste. Il n’y pas de cuisine.

-: bathroom & terrace were not cleaned properly. table outside was really dusty & the bathroom did not look clean well. the have a little share space with sofa & fridge & coffee machine but none of that worked and fridge was unploged from the source.Since it has the Boutique hotel I would expect at least to have refrigerated water in the share space or be able to make a tea. just to feel more like in Boutique hotel not just random AirBnb. The boutique hotel did not have own reception so you pick-up & drop-off your keys from the locked in front of main entrance to the building.

+: La posizione la terrazza l’arredamento della stanza

-: La struttura dovrebbe indicare che l’accesso alle stanze e’ per rocciatori esperti!Una volta entrati dallo stretto portoncino( ma ci sta perché la casa è antica)ci si trova di fronte a 2 rampe di scale ripidissime e strettissime!!! Non parliamo della necessità di essere in perfetta forma fisica per affrontare la salita ma anche della difficoltà di portare anche un minimo trolley!Sul posto non è presente personale e si ritira la chiave dalla cassetta posta fuori al portone

+: Το Smaragdi Boutique Hotel είναι παραπάνω απο άριστο! Τοποθεσία, καθαριότητα, λειτουργικότητα δωματίου, αίσθηση φιλοξενίας... όλα άψογα! Η δέ Σμαράγδη ως οικοδέσποινα είναι τέλεια! Συγχαρητήρια!

-: At booking we let them know we will be arriving very late. We just needed to shower and sleep before taking the ferry early in the morning. The room had no windows only a glass opening on the ceiling on top of the bed, you pass a smelly kitchen to get to the room. The bed was located up a flight of metal stairs that move the hole room when you use it and the steps are hard to use, to the point that I preferred to go up backwards. The bathroom that is located in the first floor was very small and THERE WERE NO TOWELS!! we couldn't shower and they didn't give us the PW for the internet. We contacted Kalimera who did not answer the txt. She was very rude the next morning and did not apologize for the inconvenient. To be honest I stay in 8 hotelsaccommodations in this 3 week trip, by far this was the worst!!
