+: Property was lovely and staff were amazing so friendly and willing to help. Facilities were great especially for children with plenty to do. Supermarkets and shops nearby and bus or short cab ride to Rhodes town which was beautiful at night.

+: Except for the children who loved the children's pool with the pirate ship The food was low quality. Every day there was the same menu, which didn't make me want to come every time to eat in the dining room.

-: Unfortunately the hotel did not look like a 4 star hotel. The room we got is equal to a hostel room, even though we asked for a higher quality room, we got a poor standard room. Everything is old and does not reflect the very expensive price we paid for what we received. The food was reasonable minus, not as expected from a 4 star hotel. The reception staff was fine, tried to help but there was no room like we booked available.
