+: Reception staff very helpful.

-: No towels or water in the gym. Food that was meant to be hot in the buffet was luke warm. Wine awful. Pool areas too crowded, could not get sunbeds.

+: Welcoming staff, very clean, bus stop outside! Lots of pools to choose from.

-: Sunbeds get towels on at 6am (says you can't do that but people do), People take outside tables early too

+: The room was spotlessly clean, as were the hotel facilities. The pizza and gyros in the afternoons were really nice. The staff were really friendly and helpful

-: The food in the restaurant was ok, but more often than not it was cold. There weren't enough sunbeds available for all guests, and some had towels on them all day, but no one used them,despite the notices saying sunbeds couldn't be reserved with towels. The all-inclusive drinks were poor, the beer was flat, gin and vodka tasted odd, and the cocktails were like drinking syrup.
