+: Hôtel très propre, personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Nous avons eu la possibilité de stocker nos valises après être parti de l'hôtel pendant quelques jours. L'hôtel est situé à 10 min à pied du métro 3 qui permet de se rendre directement à l'aéroport ou bien au port d'Athènes, et de se rapprocher du centre pour les visites. Bon rapport qualitéprix malgré les défauts de l'hôtel et des prestations

-: Il y a un vrai problème d'insonorisation des chambres. On entend TOUT depuis les chambres, donc le confort pour dormir est fortement réduit, surtout que certains clients peuvent arriver en pleine nuit et parle très fort dans les couloirs sans se préoccuper des autres. Il n'y a évidemment pas de consignes donné aux autres clients de ne pas parler fort durant la nuit. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus varié en proposant plus de choix sucrésalée, sachant qu'a part le lait, rien n'est mis au frais. Le ménage est censé être fait tous les jours mais si vous partez après 10h, il ne sera visiblement pas fait dans la chambre.

+: Great treatment by the staff. Everyone has been extremely kind, friendly and helpful.Breakfast was nice with good variety of options.Good location.

-: If I have to be honest, cleanliness was not up to expectations for an hotel of this kind, that’s why I am giving a lower score. There was hair everywhere, coffee cups left in the mini fridge by the previous guests and their slippers under the bed. Another guest from the hotel also told be they had to change rooms for finding an used soap bar and crumbs and ants on the carpet.

+: Decided on a taxi to the hotel as didn't want to try finding it on our own , as it was our 1st time in Athens. As part of the hotel booking process, they sent us a link to book a taxi , using Welcome Pickup, which send you contact details of your driver and a photo of him. The hotel is spotless and welcoming. Breakfast varies slightly every day , with a range of hot and cold options. The staff in the restaurant area where we had breakfast are so friendly and helpful , especially on the 1st morning, when you don't know how to use the coffee machine or where cold milk is etc. I missed the morning welcome off some of the ladies when it was their day off, they made that much of an impact. I hope the hotel shows the ladies this review. Ideally located for buses and metro (about a ten minute walk) and yellow cabs can be flagged down on the street and an average fare into town was between 6-8 euros The coffee shop on the corner Madly Coffee house is open until 9pm and has great coffee
