+: The propriety is amazing, very comfortable, everything is like new, very spacious and very clean and it has 4 balconies. The view from the apartment is like from movies, which gives a special atmosphere to whole experience . The owner of the property is very nice. She was coming every day to clean the apartment. At arrival we have received a bottle of wine as a welcome gift.

+: E' una bellissima palazzina di soli 4 appartamenti, non nuovissima ma tenuta in maniera impeccabile dalla signora Pepi. L'appartamento era ampio, con belle camere e una zona giorno veramente grande. L'aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo in giornate veramente molto calde. Splendida terrazza sul mare dove facevamo colazione. Ottimi ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi in 5-10 minuti, minimarket in fondo alla strada. Spiagga di Agios Stefanos a 5 minuti a piedi.
-: La casa è splendida e costa qualche soldo che il paese di Agios Stefanos sostanzialmente non vale. Fortunatamente a tiro di schioppo ci sono isole e spiagge meravigliose.

+: Emplacement idéal avec une belle plage située à 200m à pieds, appartement très propre, nettoyé quotidiennement par le personnel qui est très sympathique et disponible. La vue sur la mer était même mieux que sur les photos.

+: Everything was perfect, Pepi is really nice and helpful. The apartment is really comfy and clean. We got cold water and a bottle of nice wine when we arrived. Children can borrow beach toys for free. We were able to check out late, because our flight left in the evening.

-: There’s a small but quite steep hill to get to it for anyone with mobility issues. As the water is solar heated there was no hot water early in the day which wasn’t the end of the world but worth noting.
