+: La posizione e la cortesia dello staff soprattutto di Maria sempre pronta a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti.

-: La colazione terribile ovviamente con bevande calde distribuite dalla macchinetta e le brioches totalmente asciutte e dure, stanze degradanti soprattutto quelle restaurate consegnate non ancora ultimate e quindi prove di ogni comfort, come l’armadio, una mensola in bagno, il vetro o anche una tenda nella doccia

+: Gentilezza dello staff. La signora alla reception ha proposto cambio camera in quanto quella assegnata non era ben pulita. Inoltre ha dato ottimi consigli sui ristoranti in zona e informazioni per visitare la città.

-: Odalar temiz değil ve eski. Her yer toz içinde. Asansöre aynı anda bir kişi binebiliyor. İnternet sürekli kopuyor. Odamız eski olduğu ve tuvaletten koku geldiği için değiştirmek istedik. Fakat gelen sorumlu herhangi bir sorun olmadığını söyleyerek reddetti.
