+: Les équipements, les espaces communs, la nourriture

-: Les chambres avec vue sur le volcan donnent directement sur l’autoroute. J’ai demandé à changer, on m’a donné une chambre digne d’un 2 étoiles, vieille, sale et à côté du parking. Puis j’ai écrit à Booking et là on m’a donné une chambre normale. Cette attitude n’est pas digne d’un hôtel de qualité. Mais ensuite tout s’est bien passé.
