+: Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Man hat uns bei allem gleich geholfen. Beim Frühstück war sehr liebes Personal. Zum Strand kann man in Badehose und Schlappen, da er über den Hinterausgang erreichbar ist. Man kann von dort mit dem Auto ohne Stress in 8 Minuten im Zentrum von Heraklion sein und in 18 Minuten am Flughafen.
-: Es gab meistens keine Wifi-Verbindung. Man musste die Stellen im Zimmer suchen, wo man ins Internet kommt. Das Entertainment am direkt gelegenen Strand war leider nicht unser Geschmack und man hört es halt.
