Only a few minutes by foot from the historic quarter of Rethymno and very close to the sandy beach, this 4-star hotel provides comfortable accommodations in an excellent location.
Guests can use the Theartemis Palace as a basis either to explore the architecture, history and nature of the island or to relax and enjoy the bright sky and the buzzing nightlife of the 3rd largest town in Crete.
Upon arrival in Theartemis Palace, guests will find a pleasant atmosphere and attractively-designed public areas. Experienced personnel can provide guests with everything they need, while they rest in the comfortable rooms, dine in the fine restaurants and relax by the pools or in one of the lounges.

+: We got the room upgrade for free. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. All staff is very friendly and helpful.
-: The streets around the hotel are totally overcrowded, so it is essential to pay 8 EURday for hotel parking. The pool closes at 18h, which is a joke during summer months.

+: Dobra lokalizacja- dużo sklepów i dobrych restauracji dookoła, blisko plaża. Pokój bardzo czysty, ładny, sprzątany codziennie. W porządku basen. Bardzo dobra kawa do śniadania.
-: Śniadania były niskiej jakości, i mały wybór. Żeby nie czekać w kolejce na śniadanie trzeba było przyjść najpóźniej o 8 rano. W godzinach szczytu, kelner musiał wskazać Ci stolik, co powodowało jeszcze większe opóźnienia. Obsługa hotelu była bardzo nadgorliwa. Na śniadaniu nie zdążyłam odłożyć widelca a cały talerz był już zabierany. Jednego razu na basenie Pani z obsługi chciała opowiadać mi o hotelu, po mojej odmowie, godzinę później zaczęła robić to samo.

+: Fantasztikus volt minden! Éjszaka érkeztünk, kedvesen fogadtak minket, amíg intéztük a bejelentkezést, kaptunk hideg limonádét. Hatalmas a szálloda, a szobánkhoz kísértek, a szolgáltatásokat részletesen elmondták. Félpanziós ellátásban voltunk, óriási volt a választék reggelinél is, vacsoránál is. Az étteremnek van kinti és benti része is, vacsoránál élőzene. A szálloda 2 épületből áll, ami egy utca 2 oldalán található. A szállodának van több medencéje napágyakkal, a part 1-2 perc sétára van, ott 5EUR volt a napernyő+2 ágy. Rendkívül kedves volt a teljes személyzet, biztos visszatérünk!

+: Incroyable séjour dans cet hotel, accueil au top, piscine superbe et grand choix pour le petit-déjeuner. Petit cours d’aquagym dans la piscine très appréciable. L’emplacement était bien, à 3min des plages les plus proches. Nous vous conseillons une chambre avec vue piscine, très jolie a voir la journée et le soir avec le bar animémusique.
