-: I paid for a superior room but got the same room I had when I booked a normal room. They said it would have a pool view- it did not. There is ONE elevator for everyone inclding maid sevice that barely fits 2 people.

+: Old charm, nice rooms perfect location

-: Bathroom was very dated, not fresh breakfast. Non guests (youngsters) at the pool area making noise and messing about in the pool. Very disturbing. Ignorant staff, no politeness.

+: We really love this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood in Athens. The neighborhood is trendy with lots of great restaurants. The front desk is very helpful with restaurant recommendations and making reservations if necessary. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Staff is eager to make your stay special. The breakfast they offer is a great way to start your day. The pool in the back or the hotel is lovely. We cannot wait to return next summer.

-: Banyo fıskiyesi çalışmıyordu. Mini bar çalışmıyordu(içi doluydu ancak dolap bozuktu) kahvaltı yetersiz, 2 günlük peynirler yine tezgahtaydı

-: Front office Staff a bit arrogant with one exception. Rooms are old, terrace smelt like a sewer in the morning. I paid extra so i can enjoy the morning on the terrace but it smelt horrible especially after the rain. Front office staff, were indifferent about it. Little things like, bath was narrow and you risked slipping! Nothing to hang onto. Extremely dangerous. Couldn’t open the bathroom door as it banged into the toilet bowl! Could not close the curtains so light from outside was pouring in through the night. A security camera is pointing over the terrace so no privacy. Is that legal. Maybe in Greece! Staff in the restaurant for breakfast are nice. I have stayed there many times over the years. Location brings me back but never again.
