-: Avoid this place!!! A robbery happened from our safebox. After doing an extensive research, it has happened before in this hotel. They took $3400 dollars out of my cash and they denied everything. The mangerowner was hiding and not willing to take my phone calls. Police on the island is very incompetent and doesn't speak English, and it was the very last night right before our flight that I figured out they stole money from our safe box. Moreover, rooms were smelly, towels were not clean, the communication for arrivals and departures were non existent. We booked the biggest room which has an indoor pool but the water was freezing. Neither if the Jacuzzi's were working.

+: The room itself is very aesthetic and the sunset views from this hotel is just beautiful. It was worth staying here just for the views. The room had a hot tub and though the tub is not that hot, it was warm enough for a soak in. This was very enjoyable.
-: We did not have hot water on the first night. And this was on 1 May hence it was so cold. Coming from the equator (Singapore), it was really uncomfortable bathing in cold water when it was already cold. I was also feeling unwell at this point of time. We informed the staff and one of them came to check on it. Thankfully, next morning we were able to get hot water. Another thing is that we were travelling as a family and hence, we booked this room since it can hold 5 pax. But its not family friendly since one of the bathrooms have no door. and for the other shower room, someone would be able to peek into it. So just a head up on this for families. However, we should have doubled checked on this before booking. So this is more on us.
