+: We liked the character and beauty of the property

-: On really hot days air conditioning would have been nice however the fans keep us cool most of the time

+: It is a beautiful villa and perfect for a family. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and the host made sure we had everything we needed. A short walking distance to the bus station with regular buses taking you to connecting towns. In the evenings, the villa is lovely and quiet.

+: Nous avions la maison byzantine située au rez-de-chaussée.Elle est magnifique avec une terrasse spacieuse et une belle piscine, c'était suffisant pour nous trois.Nicholas, notre hôte a été aux petits soins avec nous. Il nous a trouvé rapidement une voiture de location à très bon prix et nous avons pu rester dans la maison en attendant notre taxi pour l'aéroport prévu en fin d'après-midi.C'était formidable.

-: Nous sommes francophone et pour la TV, il n'y a que deux chaînes française (BFM, TV Congo).Il fait un peu chaud dans la maison, surtout sur la mezzanine durant la nuit. Mais le ventilateur orientable aide tout de même à se rafraîchir.

+: We booked two villas and both were beautiful, with views of the sea and private pools. We were lucky enough to have adjoining villas making the trip very convenient for us. Nicholas, who manages the property, was wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. The town of Emporeio is very charming and all the locals were kind and gracious. We would definitely all come back and loved our stay!

-: Booking.com (and not the property itself) had this property filtered as having air conditioning and it did not. It was ok as fans were provided and the inside stayed pretty cool, but the platform (and once again not the property’s listing itself) was misleading in putting it in the has air conditioning category.

+: Opravdu krásný design, stejné či dokonce lepší než na fotografiich. Velmi velmi příjemny personal, vždy ochotny pomocí. Lokalita je dále od pláže i obchodu, ale to nám nevadilo. Umístěné ihned u hradu, najdete tam parádní kavárnu i skvělé jídlo a pěkný výhled. Vrele doporucujeme! Moc jsme si toto typické místo Kyklad užili.

+: L' emplacement est à porté des bus, du centre ville, des commerces, on y trouve ce dont on a besoin.Nicholas est un hôte très adorable, attentif et à l' écoute .Sur une semaine, le ménage a été fait deux fois .Rien à redire, très serviable .Vue magnifique sur une montagne et sur la mer.Super séjour pour notre famille.

-: Je trouve dommage le vis à vis des appartements hauts et sur le côté.Un brise vue pourrait y être apposé.Ne pas avoir de PB de genoux ou autres pour accéder au logement car des marchés pour y accéder, et dans le logement aussi .
