+: Le ménage est fait tout les jours, vraiment très propre ,la bouteille de vin et les fruits dans le frigo,le calme à la piscine ,la cuisine extérieure, la réponse rapide du propriétaire lors de nos demandes.
-: Les transats sont un peu vieux, il manque de couvert, la terrasse du dessus gouttais sur notre terrasse en bas ,la cuisine extérieure ,la table et les chaises près du barbecue n étaient pas très propre et le sol autour de la piscine manque d entretien, la vue de notre terrasse en bas était bouchée par une parois en verre qui n est pas visible sur les photos,un lave vaisselle serait un plus.La literie n est pas confortable ,nous avons préférer dormir dans la canapé lit.

+: The location was perfect - about 5km drive from Rethymno. The views were stunning (with 3 balconies to enjoy it), and it was very peaceful, with only the cicadas as a soundtrack! The apartment was cleaned daily and bath & beach towels and bedlinen changed regularly. Overall, it was spotless, and I'm fussy!
-: The communication with the property manager could've been better - only one of a number of our texts was responded to during the 2-week stay. Also, as we're used to cooking some nights, I felt that the kitchen could be a little better equipped and the kettle replaced due to being thickly coated with limescale. That said, those minor things didn't spoil our holiday.

+: Superbe endroit, appartement très propre et Eleni passait chaque jour dans ma chambre... Elle est adorable. Parking top! Terrasse couverte avec barbecue magnifique. Bof on a adoré notre séjour.
-: Tout était parfait mais le nombre de transat a été plusieurs fois juste quand il y avait des familles avec des enfants.
