+: The location is fantastic! The little village is amazing and has everything you need. Too bad we only stayed here for a few nights. We woke up a couple of days at 6amTo take pictures when there’s no people.

-: There’s A LOT of people walking just outside the property and making line to take pictures, so you can’t really have the windows open. Also, it’s not very close to the airport.

+: I have to say the terrace is what makes this place amazing. It's a lovely big space with the most amazing panoramic views of the caldera, once you master the slightly tricky steps up. The hot tub is fabulous and the canopy gives you plenty of privacy.Our host met us at the post office and was incredibly friendly and helpful and checked if we needed anything during our stay.Two bathrooms was incredibly handy and the little kitchen was just what we needed. It's lovely and spacious, although don't be surprised by the queue of people along the path down to take pictures. I stayed in the top room, which may be tricky for some with the ladder and ceiling height but we thought it was cute. I felt very tall! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wanted a central location but with a little quiet haven terrace.

-: My only real reluctance of this accommodation was actually the security deposit. I do get that some accommodation asks for it, but it was alot of money that takes 5 days to be refunded. But that's my fault for not seeing that in the description.

+: Localização perfeita de frente para ao mar e próxima a rua principal de Oia e também do ponto de chegada em Oia ( próximo do "Post Office" que é a referência para tudo). Perto de restaurantes, lojas e mercadinhos. A vista do terraço é de tirar o fôlego e vale a estadia.

-: Hidromassagem no terraço não funcionou a contento (pouco aquecimento). Ar condicionado bastante barulhento. Cozinha pouco equipada. Faltou uma máquina de lavar roupas. A empresa que anuncia a propriedade no Booking solicita informações que o Booking possui. Um depósito contra danos reembolsável (EUR 500, cartão de crédito) é exigido.

+: La struttura ha un’ottima posizione, si trova vicino ad una spiaggia e al centro di Chora, entrambi raggiungibili a piedi. La vista è mozzafiato, la camera ben pulita (giornalmente), gli spazi comuni tenuti benissimo. Tutto lo staff è eccezionale, di una gentilezza e cordialità unica. Si sono prodigati per prenotarci tutte le esperienze possibili, dalla cena ai quad. Abbiamo usufruito della colazione sempre (consigliatissima, ci ha evitato di pranzare tanto era abbondante!), e anche dell’aperitivo (spritz ottimo!). L’isola è stupenda di suo ma il Petradi ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora migliore!
