+: We had a very friendly house cat, table tennis was a good addition, the location is very peaceful, well fitted with mosquito nets which are required, good BBQ area outside, the kitchen is well equipped.
-: The kitchen utensils etc were not overly clean, there was a bad smell in the bathroom which grew worse daily, the kitchen lacked basics (such as salt, pepper, oil etc), one toilet roll for 5 days is a little tight, no heating (it’s a little colder in case you’re there at the end of summer like we were) and the emergency exit signs in each room (bedroom included) that glow green 247 aren’t a perfect touch. Problems that the owners are not responsible for but are worth knowing: there are many mosquitos in the area, so many so that sometimes we didn’t want to sit or eat outside - a bit of a shame if you’re renting this house exactly for that purpose. Also at the end of the season (October) it’s worth knowing that the pool is too cold to use.
