+: הוילה עצמה בסך הכל מרווחת, בעלת כמות חדרי שינה מספקים, היו מספיק מגבות לשימוש. המקלחות והשירותים מודרניים והמטבח היה מאובזר והמארחים הביאו לחם ריבה והיו מצרכים בסיסיים לשימוש במטבח. הטלויזיות עובדות, הבריכה נעימה, הנוף יפה, יש אווירה מאוד שקטה ונעימה במקום. המארח היה אדיב, הסיע אותנו לקנות מצרכים. המזגנים עובדים, והמקום נעים בסך הכל.

-: באנו לשני לילות, הגענו בשעה יחסית מאוחרת, ולצערנו גילינו שהג'קוזי כלל לא מלא. המארח מילא אותו כשהגענו והוא כמובן היה קר, ולא שמיש בערב. בבוקר הוא לא היה חם ולמעשה הוא לא היה חם לאורך כל השהות שלנו, וכשהפעלנו אותו יצאו חומרים צהובים ודוחים כך שלא היה ניתן לשבת שם ולהינות. אכזבה גדולה ביחס למקום שמכנה את עצמו וילה וג'קוזי. כשפניתי למארח הוא ענה שהוא רק כותב שיש "ג'קוזי" ולא ג'קוזי עם מים חמים... תשובה שמאוד לא אהבתי, אבל מה אפשר לעשות... המקום מרוחק מאוד, מכל מקום, לא ניתן להגיע ללא רכב. ביום השני (שהיה למעשה היום היחיד שלנו בוילה), הגיע צוות גינון שבילה שעתיים בחצר ולא איפשר לנו לנוע בבית בחופשיות או בחוץ, עשה המון רעש בעבודת הגינה ובדיבורים, ובסך הכל התאכזבנו. השמיכות של המיטה לא היו נעימות וצורת סידור המיטות הייתה מוזרה ולא נעימה. הבריכה קטנה מאוד ביחס למה שנראה בתמונות, הרגיש כמו 2.5 מטר על 5 מטר

+: We were 6 adults and a toddler and we loved the villa. The kitchen is well equipped and basic supplies were left for us including bread, snacks, oil, soaps etc. When we arrived one bedroom was missing a curtain but this was taken care of the next day. Although the kitchenlounge area doesn't have an air conditioner, we asked for and received a fan. Also the air conditioner of the downstairs bedroom can be used to cool the area and anyway we sat outside most of the time. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. The place was very clean and feels new. Although there is a shared drive with the neighbouring villa, you have complete quiet and privacy and we never heard or saw our neighbours. Cleaning service was kindly offered in the middle of the stay but we declined. The garden is big and surrounded by olive groves and you really feel you are in the countryside although it is literally a 7 minute walk to the charming village. You cannot beat the location – beautiful beaches, lots of tavernas and shops within walking distance. Try the old style bakery for hot bread and pies! Kalivaki beach was our favourite. This was our third visit to Crete and we loved this area. We made good use of the long washing line in the garden. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay perfect. We would definitely book this villa again.

+: Ontzettend fijn en mooi en heel belangrijk voor ons en de kinderen schoon huis. Het huis was omringt door een ruim perceel grond waardoor je echt privacy ervaarde en met de luxe van een heerlijk zwembad.

-: Weinig te klagen. Een tip was misschien wel een wasmand omdat de afstand tussen wasmachine en waslijn ver was, haakjes in de slaapkamers en badkamers. Het licht in de woonkamer vonden wij vrij ongezellig, dus wat sfeerverlichting.

+: The villa was close enough to the lovely nearby town and beach to walk to. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all of them spacious double rooms which are clean and modern. It was nice-each of our kids had their own room! Every bedroom has access to a large balcony. There is one shower room upstairs and one downstairs, both were outfitted to a high standard. Downstairs there is a dining area with large open kitchen. The living room is separated by a door and allows for a bit of quiet privacy. The windows and doors in every room have mosquito screens. The location is unbeatable-we arrived late evening when it was already dark out and had no problems finding the place. The property has a private drive with gate shared by the neighbouring villa.

-: What is not to like? The location is great, the villa is clean and comfortable. The outdoor lighting is sufficient in the evenings. The way to the pool could be easily improved by adding some paving stones (the way is over the driveway which has some stones). The only mildly irritating thing was that the neighbouring villa’s pool was right beside our pool, separated only by a fence and some bushes. We were not overlooked (that was nicely private) but it was sometimes a bit loud…

+: The villa was perfect for the 5 of us that stayed. The beds were comfortable and the AC was great. The bathrooms were nice and clean and the outdoor pool area was great with comfortable loungers and a great view of the surrounding mountainshills. Super close to Georgioupolis, around a 10 minute walk which had a great selection of restaurants, bars and the beach. The hosts were also lovely and very welcoming, providing our groups with great recommendations for food and where to go which we certainly took up and loved! Thanks again!

-: The only issues were the cleaning service only came a day before we left rather than in the middle of our stay as planned and a lack of accessible outdoor waste bins to put our rubbish in.

+: Villa Marian was the perfect place for our holiday. it was clean, spacious and conveniently located a short 10 minute stroll away from the beach and restaurants and shops. The pool area was fantastic. the hosts were incredible and very responsive to any of our queries.

+: Perfect Location quiet but close to the village of Georgioupolis. Villa was spotless and the maids were exceptional Kostas and Stavroula were great hosts friendly, helpful give the best cheese pastries😀 We would recommend a car just to see the surrounding villages.

-: Nothing that I can think of. It suited and ticked all our boxes and will definitely go back again.

+: Top Betreuung von den Inhabern: sehr kurze Antwortzeiten und Reaktionszeiten bei aufkommenden Fragen. Stavroula & Konstantinos haben sich einfach sofort gekümmert. Auch das Reinigungsteam war super und gründlich! Und: die Tips für die Restaurants Mythos Taverna, Poseidon Seafood und Aposperída waren einfach klasse. Ruhige Lage ausserhalb - trotzdem in nur 15 Minuten zu Fuss in Georgioupoli.

+: Pidimme paljon talosta , pihauima-allasalueesta ja maalaismaisemasta. Talo oli ihanan siisti. Ystävällinen palvelu ja bonuksena late c-o yölennolle.
