The beach can be reached in just 9 minutes. Villa Vasiliadi is located in a large garden just 30 meters from the sandy beach of Vourvourou. It offers self-catering accommodation with free Wi-Fi. In the immediate vicinity there are many shops, supermarkets and fish taverns.
The air-conditioned studios and apartments at Villa Vasiliadi open onto a patio with direct access to the garden. All rooms have a kitchenette with a mini-cooker and a fridge. They also have a TV, work desk and a private bathroom with a shower.
In the garden of Villa Vasiliadi there is a playground for younger guests. There is also a shaded gazebo with barbecue facilities and an open dining area.
Within 50 meters from the villa there is a bus stop, with which you can reach the nearby beaches. Guests can also visit the village of Agios Nikolaos, which is 13 km away. Free private parking is available on site.

+: Everything was excellent. The room was impeccably styled and cleaned. The pool was nice the big yard for kids to run,the bbq area,play area for kids all excellent .The onsite cafe that worked till 1am was great and the food was very tasty Next door there is fabulous Greek restaurant

+: I loved that the rooms were cleaned every day. That helped so much since we have 3 kids and every day when we start our day they play all over. You don't need to bring your towels since they are also being changed which is also a huge plus since it can help save space in your luggage. You also get toothpaste and 🪥. The beach is just a few steps away which was perfect. Definitely not the best beach ever but very intimate and not crowded which I loved. There are very nice beaches 20 min driving if you love exploring. The people working there were nice and polite. The pool was amazing and very clean! I liked that they had food in the restaurant but it would be very nice if there was some soup daily as well. Just little bit more choices would be great. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend especially if you have kids.

+: The rooms were very clean and they were cleaned every day. Also the dishes that we left were washed. The location is good, there is a supermarket very close to the villa. There are plenty of parking slots to choose from.There is a boat rental service that can be used with preferential prices, but make sure to talk to the receptionist at least two days prior to the day that you want a boat.
-: We couldn't try the pool because it was full with children that were playing there. For families with children this will be a plus.
