+: The location is exceptional. Very relaxing.

-: The bathrooms have not been maintained in this century. The shower is for people under 170 cm. In the evening there is no hot water. The lowest level was smelling the mold. The toilets are in some kind small niche and if you are a bigger person, you will have problems. Overall, the inside of the house is not adequate to the price.

+: Großer Pool, sauberer Pool und gesamte Anlage, Hausmeister vor Ort, ruhig gelegen, Mietwagen notwendig, ausreichend Parkplätze, sehr guter Service (nach 1 WocheWäsche Wechsel, sehr schnelle Antworten vom Vermieter), Waschmaschine vorhanden, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Küchenutensilien (Kontaktgrill, Wasserkocher, Kaffemaschine, Kapselmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen...)Tipps: Lidl in ca 15-20 min zum Einkauf, Abends nach Afytos, Bucht Koutsoupia Beach 5 min vom Haus entfernt (ganz verlassen, sehr ruhig, aber sehr schön) oder Simantro Beach (mit Beachbar und Liegen etc)

-: Betten eher ungemütlich und Wasser hat einen Eigengeruch (vielleicht sind wir aber auch nur sehr verwöhnt Zuhause), Grill draußen ist "nur" ein Stück Loch in der Mauer mit Rost, ein Gasgrill o.ä. wäre sehr schön gewesen

+: We liked the magical environment in the Sani forest, and the quietness and yet the closeness to services. The 4 houses are well designed for privacy and do not obstruct each other's view. The pool was well kept. The hosts Vasilis and Mr Christos where very polite and helpful with tips for places to visit and any needsfixes for the house. It was really useful to have a laundry machine on site. A home away from home.

-: There wasn't much that we didn't like except for the mosquitos that exist in the general area of Halkidiki.

+: Location of the villas is excellent, just a short stroll from the beach away .The property's pool was very clean as was everything on the common grounds. The villas were clean and well equipped. Our host was very helpful and welcoming.
