-: Le personnel n’a pas vraiment envie de travailler ( vous commandez une boisson à la plage ou au bar et une fois fini on vous demande même pas si vous voulez quelques choses d’autres directement l’addition ) et surtout l’amabilité aucune….. peut-être sommes-nous trop exigeant mais quand vous payer le prix vous attendez aussi à avoir un service 5 étoiles!!!!

+: Extraordinary breakfast - we travel a lot, I am "breakfast lover" so it is very important element of each stay and I have to admit that W Costa Navarino is a kind on its own - we have never seen that kind of breakfast organization - 4 different station with excellent food and drinks in each of them. What is also surprising - moving restaurants away from the main hotel building (and sleeping part of the resort) is very good solution - those, who want to party stay in "Agora" part of the resort; those, who want to have quiet rest -sleep nicely in hotel part. Good invention.
-: Difficult to say; if I have to indicate anything that was little bit below my expectations - it was softness of the mattress, but it is very individual; I prefer hard mattresses, but for some people it could be positive.. Otherwise -great experience - congratulations to architects and staff

+: Breakfast was very good - big variety and nice vibe.
-: The hotel felt empty all the time. Staff seems untrained - certainly not to the level expected in a W as such. Staff would consider themselves more of a guest than an employee- they would behave unprofessionally at many instances and interactions with guests.

+: The facility was new and beautiful
-: The beach at this location is the worst beach I’ve ever been to in Greece. The water is murky and gross looking. It reminded us of the terrible beaches in Long Island, NY where I would never go swimming. Terrible location to put such a nice hotel. It felt like I wasn’t in Greece. Also the music that gets played in the public areas and hotels should incorporate a little more Greek. If I didn’t leave the hotel I wouldn’t know I was in Greece
