Located just outside of Argassi Town, Windmill Bay Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool. It offers self-catered accommodations that opens out onto a furnished balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea.
Each unit consists of a separate bedroom and an open-plan living, dining and fully equipped kitchenette area. All the air-conditioned apartments include an LCD TV, safety deposit box and fridge.
The poolside snack bar provides light meals and drinks throughout the day. A variety of beverages are accessible at the bar. Room service is also available.
There is a children's pool for the younger guests. You can relax on the sun terrace surrounding the pool, that is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. The games room includes a satellite TV and a billiards table.
Windmill Bay Hotel is less than a 10-minute walk to the center of Argassi town where there are bars, restaurants and a mini market. Various shops and cafes can also be found in Zakynthos town which is a 15-minute drive away.

+: Me gustó la piscina y que tuviera una vista y bajada al mar (aunque no hay playa en sí). El staff del hotel fue amable.
-: El baño era muy pequeño, la ducha rebalsaba y se salía toda el agua, el inodoro también salpicaba agua. Los balcones están muy pegados entre sí y se escuchan los vecinos.La zona tenía varios restaurantes para elegir, pero en general había mucho ruido y, como la habitación no estaba insonorizada, se escuchaban bastante los ruidos de los autos. Además es una zona más de fiesta que de relajación (ten eso en cuenta)El estacionamiento del hotel es pequeño y muchas veces no se conseguía lugar.

+: The room was very clean and the dinner was tasty. We only stayed one night, so didn't have a chance to look around properly. The pool looked clean and it is right on the beach, but there didn't appear to be much (if any) sand. There is parking but it is limited.
-: The staff weren't as helpful and attentive as I would expect for a hotel in this price bracket. They didn't offer to help when we were clearly looking lost both at dinner and at breakfast. As we arrived late the receptionist was obviously inexperienced and whilst she was nice, she wasn't as helpful as she could have been e.g. she didn't offer to ring down to the restaurant to see if they had space for us and suggested we go and ask ourselves (despite it being late and we were weary from travelling all day). Whilst the dinner was delicious, the portions were very small despite the price tag. The breakfast was mediocre and hot dishes weren't refilled.
