-: 'Quiet' time is 1am to 10am, so you get loud people in corridors at 12.30 at night. Not good for the 'non party' guests.Barmaid let's themselves into your room without knocking in the afternoons to drop today's drinks specials, awkward when you're in there!Additional - After I put this review I was contacted by the hotel to argue with me about my comments. I tried to discuss with the person the issues, however they kept shouting me down. I listened to what they had to say but every time I tried to discuss my point of view I was talked over. In the end I said I would put the phone down if they didn't listen to my side and stop arguing with me and after several instances of them doing this I had to end the call as it was getting nowhere.Agreed we did not discuss with reception about the noise as there are signs up regarding the quite time, so as the noise was before that started there would be no point as the guests were following the rules. However the rules are not known before you get to the hotel so this comment was put on so people with families are aware before so they can make their own decision before hand,In regards to the person letting themselves in without knocking, that absolutely did happen and I am very angry with the hotel stating it didn't. We made a complaint to reception 3 times regarding it. After it happened the first time, we double locked the door and left the key in thinking it would stop the person being able to get in, but it didn't. So after that time we wedged a chair under the door, an extreme action to feel secure!I originally get the resort a 5, however after the harassment I received after the review it has been changed to a 2.
